Don’t you just love making gift boxes! I almost prefer the packaging to the gift. 🙂 Today I will share how to make an easy gift box. You will get access to a FREE PDF tutorial that I’d created last year and you can use this to create your own version of these boxes.
Don’t you just love these hard working little Elves. They are super cute. If you’ve not already checked out the lovely Santa’s Workshop Designer Series Paper, you should really do so. I ran two classes last weekend based on the paper, where we made cards, tags and gift packaging. This box was one of the projects we created. With the gorgeous Santa’s Workshop Designer Series Paper, it just worked a treat.
The box is 3-1/2″ square – 9cm square. So there’s plenty of room for those special little treats.
Here is the version I made last year. It is a much more grown up style. This version was on my list of top favourite projects EVER!
I’m definitely going to check through all my new Designer Series Papers to make another grown up version. My brothers just loved these last year, filled with delicious Christmas cookies.
You should check out all the fantastic Designer Series Paper currently in your catalogue. What DSP are you going to use for your Gift Box?
Check out This Page of free tutorials for the PDF instructions to make this size of box. It’s so easy to make it your own. 🙂
Feel free to email me photo’s of your projects. I would really love to see them.
And, as always, if you have any questions, queries or comments, simply comment below or email me directly to lilian@craicandcrafting.com
I’d best get a move on now as I’m running a little behind today. See you soon.
Enjoy!
Until next time.
