How to use Watercolour Pencils with Blender Pens

Do you love watercolour pencils? Do you love product that is versatile? I do, and Blended Seasons definitely gives us that, and it will certainly get you in the mood to create something full of colours and seasons and give you an excuse to get those gorgeous watercolour pencils out again! Check out the projects below. They’re absolutely gorgeous. And I also explain how to use Watercolour Pencils with Blender Pens.

I’ve 2 AMAZING promotions for you today. I do love to ensure you get best value and quality for your money.

You’re The Friend:

How to use watercolour pencils with blender pens. Beautiful friendship greetings card

Isn’t the subtle water colouring on this just perfect.

I just LOVE my watercolour pencils.

See how to use Watercolour Pencils with Blender Pens.

I’m sure, like me, you’ve got a friend who deserves to receive this little card.

Someone who is just the best friend in the whole world.  Wouldn’t they just love it.

Who are you going to send your card to?

On the note of sending cards to friends, I’ve a little story to tell you. Just recently, one of my customers (who purchases cards from me) told me of her friend who’d been going through a terrible time with illness.

This customer purchased my cards to send to her friend periodically throughout her illness and treatment, to let her know she was loved and to give her some moral support.

I’m told that these little messages of love and support meant the world to her friend through this tough time and in fact she actually framed one of the cards as it meant so much to her.

Isn’t it wonderful to know how powerful your greetings cards are. Truly precious! A text message or Facebook post just doesn’t quite have the same meaning or impact.

Hearing this story meant the world to me. So remember, whether you craft to sell or craft to give away, these little projects can mean so much more to the recipient than you would ever believe.

Wishing You All The Best:

You’d possibly use this for someone that was moving to a new job, or possibly a new home. Even someone about to go in to hospital or starting a new business? There are so many occasions that this would cover. What occasions will you use it for?

Have you noticed the stitching around the aperture? These Stitched Season Framelits Dies are extra special as they include stitching on both the positive and negative images! And aren’t those flowers so beautifully coloured and those little die cut leaves add something special. You can find out how to use Watercolour Pencils with Blender Pens later in this post.

Oh and these are definitely my colours!

I just love autumn. Those lovely crisp afternoons, walking with Freddie (my Shih Tzu) and kicking up leaves for him to chase after.

And again, have to noticed the stitched die cutting? This card is just full of beautiful detail, from the subtle watercolour, the stitched die cutting, that gorgeous Gold Glimmer Paper and the Copper Trim.

It’s got it all. I love to send Thank You cards and this is certainly one I’d love to receive.

Merry Christmas:How to use watercolour pencils with blender pens. beautiful plaid design Christmas card in red and green with merry Christmas sentiment.

This is my favourite card (and season) of all. Christmas!

I love the traditional style of this card with that beautiful warm plaid (you must check out the Under The Mistletoe Designer Series Paper).

What’s not to love.

How to use Watercolour Pencils with Blender Pens

When it comes to using my Watercolour Pencils, my favourite tool is the Blender Pen. Here I will explain very simply how to use Watercolour Pencils with Blender Pens.

Simply stamp with your Stazon Black or Memento Tuxedo Black Inkpad. Allow a couple of seconds to make sure ink is dry. Apply your Watercolour Pencil colours and blend with your Blender Pens to get a beautiful result.

Another little tip for you. This short video shows you how to use your Aqua Painter and Blender Pens using a Classic Stampin’ Inkpad.

So it’s time to Colour Your Season before this promotion ends.
