Monthly Host Club Options:
Stampin’ Up! have a great Reward Scheme for their customers (and Demonstrators). When an order of £150+ is placed then it qualifies for Stampin’ Rewards, which is a minimum of 10% and up to 16% of order value, (not including postage and packing). There is also the opportunity to earn a 50% off option too. Full detail can be found at the bottom of this post.
However, if you find you are not in a position to Host a Party right now or place an order to that value, I do have a couple of options for you that would allow you to earn your own Host Reward. Lets face it, you would easily be spending that amount on Stampin’ Up! product over a period, so you might as well join the ‘Host Club’ and earn yourself the Host Reward.
Option 1 – The 6 Month Club – 6 Virtual Host Shares Available: – spend a minimum of £25 on current Stampin’ Up! product every month for 6 months
Option 2 – The 10 Month Club – 10 Virtual Host Shares Available: – spend a minimum of £15 on current Stampin’ Up! product every month for 10 months
How it works:
Using Option 1 as an example, there are 6 ‘Host’ per club. 6 Host at £25 each per month means a spend of £150 which qualifies for a 10% Host Reward, each month. Any person can commit to one or more Host per club. Any Host can increase the order value on their Host month to increase the amount of Host Reward earned.
So, if you purchase 1 Host, you commit to spending £25 per month for 6 months. This would entitle you to 1 Host Reward order within the given 6 month period.
Or if you purchase 2 Host, you commit to spending £50 per month for 6 months. This would entitle you to 2 Host Reward order within the given 6 month period. Please note that only 1 Host Reward can be redeemed within 1 month.
On joining a Host Club, you will be allocated a ‘Host Month’. So for each of the 6 months, the allocated Host for the given month will earn the Host Reward of ‘at least’ £15 to spend on any catalogue product of their choice. This includes the subsidised Host items at the back of the current catalogue. These are fantastic value items so do make sure to check them out.
Please remember, you are committed to the full Host Club period to allow all Club Members to receive their Host Reward in due course.
Okay, I love the sound of this. What do I do now?
If you would like to join the next club, simply send me your details:
- delivery address
- postal address
- contact telephone number
- your chosen payment method
- confirm if you require to receive current catalogues or if you already have them
You can email them to firstname.lastname@example.org or phone me on 078 1311 0420.
You will then be allocated your Host Month and advised when the next order is to be placed.
And then what happens?
In the last week of each month, I will contact you to advise that the next order is being placed on the 1st of the month and to see if there is anything that I can help you with.
You will then simply email me your monthly order before the 1st of the month.
Once all club orders received, I will contact the Host for that month to confirm the amount of order placed and value of Host Rewards available. And it’s simply up to the Host to decide and advise how they wish to spend their rewards.
The order will be placed and payment taken on the 1st of the month.
How do I pay for my order and what are the postage charges?
Each order will have a flat £0.50 charge added to have the order dispatched from Stampin’ Up! The order is delivered to me and I repackage them and post out to the club members via Royal Mail (or you can collect directly from me if you live locally).
If you require to have your goods posted on by me, there will be an additional monthly charge of £3 per person, apart from the Host that month, which will incur full postage cost as their package will be heavier than normal. (unless of course you are collecting directly from me in which case there won’t be any additional postage cost).
All orders and payments will be processed on 1st of the month so I will require your credit or debit card details. These are held securely on file and once I receive your order via email/phone, I will confirm the total amount for the goods, including any postage charges and take the payments from the card details on 1st of the month.
All payments are processed securely and your receipt is enclosed with your goods.
Alternatively you can choose to pay with Paypal to email@example.com. This will incur an additional 4% charge to cover Paypal fees.
How do I maximise my Host Rewards?
As you can see in the Stampin’ Rewards table below, the higher the order sales, the more Host Rewards you can earn. 🙂
So it makes sense to purchase more costly items or more items from your Wish List, whilst in your Host Month. That way you increase the Hostess Rewards for yourself. This is the ideal time to ask friends and family if they would also like to order. The bigger the order the more rewards, right!
